How does this work?
bonfireJOBS provides an enhanced candidate employer connection through cash incentives paid by employers to candidates.
It's a simple process:
- candidates post their profile information (which may include all or part of their resume),
- employers search and only contact those candidates in whom there is significant interest,
- candidate will respond with statement of interest or disinterest,
- funds transferred from employer to candidate.
Is my data secure?
bonfireJOBS provides an enhanced candidate employer connection through cash incentives paid by employers to candidates.
It's a simple process:
- candidates post their profile information (which may include all or part of their resume),

- candidate will respond with statement of interest or disinterest,
- funds transferred from employer to candidate.
What's the catch?
There is no "catch". Our service is intended to accelerate the hiring process by reducing the delay between identification and initial contact with a candidate.
There is no guarantee that the result will be a hire, however, we feel that the entire process is benefitted by increasing the responsiveness of the candidate.
How does bonfireJOBS make money?
We charge employers for the enhanced communication. Employers pay an initial fee upon funding their account and also pay a surcharge on each successful candidate connection.
