How do I target my candidate search?

Queries can be refined using the following concepts:

• Quotation marks - can be used to identify a key phrase
• Parentheses - can be used to group search conditions
• AND Operator - can be used to require both conditions to be true
• OR Operator - can be used to require either condition to be true
• NOT Operator - can be used to require the condition to be false

As an example, "(jakarta OR apache) AND website" requires that either jakarta or apache are present and that website is present.
